hey do well in medium or high light, and giving them more light may increase the amount of "splash" (the whitish variegation) that's on the surface of the leaves.
This plant should do great on a sunny windowsill, and will trail over the side of its pot eventually. If you give it something to climb up, like a small trellis or bamboo hoop, it will be very happy, the leaves will start to get bigger, and eventually you should get some nice flowers!
This variety used to be known as Hoya Parasitica Splash or Hoya Acuta Splash.
Hoya plants are excellent for landscaping indoors and will eventually bloom with attractive and fragrant flowers.
